Personal Safety: A TIP CAN BE HANDY

Hi Friends,

Now a days, There are so many things which we do

not wish to forget them. We inculcate a very bad

habbit of  stroring our personal information in our

moble phones. But it is very risky to store them in

our phones


Following is the list of the things one should never store on the Phone:

  • Personal Numbers like PAN No., Account No, , Adhaar No. Etc


  • Passwords: Nowadays, there are lots of passwords & it is very difficult to remember each & every password. It is very common to find passwords stored in our phones.

  • Geotagged photos: Photos with geotagging stores the location & associated people of the image. Having access to these photos can lead to misuse of this info. like your home address, office address, your colleagues, etc.

  • Photo of credit/Debit card:

Photo of cards usuaaly contain general info. which is required for their easy misuse like expiry date, CVV No., Card No, Name etc.


The above listed info. can be misused very easily if your mobile is stolen or in hands of unauthorized person.

This type of sensitive info. can be stored in form of hardcopy in a diary & put it in your cupboard or any safe place at home where chances of misuse are reduced to a great extent.
